Appointments are limited and subject to availability. Monthly Specials cannot be combined with other offers or coupons. Monthly Specials or Offers must be purchased and used by the last day of the month. 3D 4D Ultrasound by 4D Special Delivery is a service-based company and no sales taxes will be collected. Items such as CD, DVD, Bears, and Photos prints are gifts from us to you. They do not reflect the price of the ultrasound services.
Cancellation policy
$0.00 due now. Payment information is only needed to hold/guarantee your reservation/booking.
Cancellations/changes must be made 24 hours in advance. If cancellations/changes are made 24 hours in advance, there will be no charge.
If cancellations/changes to an appointment are made within the 24 hour period of your appointment, there will be a $25 charge for gender packages or 50% on 3D4D or HD Live packages on which charge of the price of the selected package.
Refund policy
Understand the extent of what is seen on the ultrasound does depend on the size and position of the baby, and that image quality can vary. Imaging of the face is possible in 90% of the cases, but numerous factors can lead to poor image quality. These factors include the fetal position, tissue density, amniotic fluid, percentage of body fat, the position of the placenta, and the number of weeks into your pregnancy. The position of the fetus also can limit the 2D/3D/4D/HD images. Understand due to the nature of the service all sales are final and you will not be entitled to a refund.
